返品・交換ポリシー（コスプレ衣装専用）
🔸返品・交換をお受けできない場合
1.オーダーメイド商品
サイズ・カラー・デザインなどをお客様のご要望で制作した商品は、製作開始後のキャンセル・返品・交換はできません。
2.試着・使用済みの商品
一度でも着用されたもの、メイクや香水の匂いが付着しているもの、汚れ・しわ・破損などがある場合はお受けできません。
3.イベント・撮影で使用した商品
撮影会、イベント、展示会などで使用された商品の返品・交換はできません。
4.付属品の欠品・タグの破損
付属品が不足している、タグ・パッケージが破損している場合はお受けできません。
5.お客様のご都合による場合
「イメージと違う」「サイズが合わない」「注文を間違えた」などの理由による返品・交換はお受けできません。

🔸返品・交換をお受けできる場合
1.誤発送・サイズ間違い
ご注文内容と異なる商品やサイズをお届けした場合は、当店の送料負担で交換または返金いたします。
2.初期不良・品質問題
破れ、縫製不良、汚れ、部品の欠損など明らかな不良がある場合、商品到着後72時間以内にご連絡ください。写真または動画での確認をお願いする場合がございます。
3.配送中の破損
配送業者による破損が確認できる場合、証明書をご提示いただければ交換対応いたします。

🔸ご理解いただきたい点（ハンドメイド製品について）
当店のコスプレ衣装は、工場量産ではなくハンドメイド要素を多く含む製品です。
そのため、以下の点をご理解のうえご購入ください：
•糸のほつれ、わずかな縫製のズレ、小さな汚れ・接着跡などは製作過程上の軽微な個体差であり、不良品ではございません。
•すべての衣装は実際の着用・撮影を目的としており、鑑賞・コレクション目的の完全品としては製造されておりません。
•手作業による仕上げ部分には若干の個体差が生じますが、品質基準内の商品として販売しております。

🔸返品・交換の手順
1.商品到着後 72時間以内 にカスタマーサービスへご連絡ください。
2.問題箇所の写真・動画をお送りください。
3.確認後、返送先住所をお知らせいたします。
4.商品到着後、7営業日以内 に返金または交換を行います。

•コスプレ衣装は特別商品となります。ご注文前にサイズ・デザインを必ずご確認ください。
•未使用・タグ付きの商品に限り、サイズ交換を一度のみお受けできる場合がございます。
•当店は全商品を出荷前に検品しております。ハンドメイドの特性をご理解のうえご利用ください。
Return & Exchange Policy (For Cosplay Costumes)
🔸Cases Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
1.Custom-made items
Products made to order (custom size, color, or design) cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged once production has started.
2.Used or tried-on items
Items that have been worn, contain makeup, perfume, or other signs of use will not be accepted.
3.Items used for events or photography
Costumes used for conventions, photoshoots, or performances are not eligible for return or exchange.
4.Missing accessories or damaged packaging
Returns are not accepted if any parts are missing or if the tags/packaging are damaged.
5.Customer preference
We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to personal reasons such as “change of mind,” “not as imagined,” “size didn’t fit,” or “ordered the wrong item.”

🔸Cases Eligible for Return or Exchange
1.Wrong item or size shipped
If you received an incorrect item or size, we will cover the return shipping and arrange an exchange or refund.
2.Defective or damaged product
If your costume arrives with a defect (torn fabric, sewing error, stain, missing part, etc.), please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photo or video proof.
3.Damage during shipping
If the damage occurred during transit, please provide proof from the courier to arrange a replacement.

🔸Please Note – Handmade Nature of Our Costumes
All our cosplay costumes are partially handmade and not mass-produced.
Please understand the following characteristics before purchasing:
•Minor imperfections such as loose threads, slight misalignment in stitching, or small glue marks may occur due to the handmade process and are not considered defects.
•Our products are designed for practical wear and performance, not as collector’s display items.
•Slight individual differences between pieces are natural results of handcrafting and fall within our acceptable quality standards.

1.Contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving your item.
2.Provide clear photos or videos of the issue.
3.Once approved, we will send you the return address.
4.Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 7 business days after we receive the item.
